As part of the team at Grin, I led the concept and design for a campaign created in partnership with Birmingham Museums Trust. The campaign featured a series of static and animated posters and billboards designed to bring some of the museum’s most iconic artworks to life.
I developed a concept centred around a keyhole, symbolising the anticipation that had built up across Birmingham. The visuals played with the idea of peering through a keyhole for a glimpse of the newly refurbished museum and its exhibits.
Since launching in October, visitor numbers have soared. Seeing the campaign displayed across the city — and spotting my designs in the wild — was a highlight of the project.
